INSTALMENT PAYMENT PLAN (REBELLION FESTIVAL)
CAN I PAY BY DIRECT DEBIT?
Direct debit payments are not available for payment plans. We do not take money out of your account. Each month you will receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org which contains a payment link. Click on this link and you will be taken to a page where you can add your instalment to your shopping cart - click on "Check out" to make your payment.
CAN I PAY MULTIPLE INSTALMENTS IN ONE GO?
Yes you can! Once you click on the payment link in your monthly email you will be taken to a page where you can add your instalment to your shopping cart. If you would like to pay more than one instalment change the "Quantity" on this page from 1 to however many payments you would like to make.
PLEASE NOTE: For deposit payments (the initial payment you make after creating an order) you must keep the "Quantity" at 1 as deposit amounts are different to instalment amounts.
PLEASE ALSO NOTE: If you pay for multiple instalment payments, you will not receive another payment link email until a payment is due - for example, if you pay three instalments in February you will not be able to pay another instalment until May.
WHEN WILL I KNOW WHEN I NEED TO MAKE A PAYMENT?
You will automatically receive an email from email@example.com containing a payment link when an instalment payment is due. If you have not received a payment link email a month after your last payment please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look into it for you.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS A PAYMENT?
The payment link in your email will remain active until it has been paid. If you have deleted the payment link email before it has been paid please email us at email@example.com and we will resend it to you.
CAN I CANCEL MY PAYMENT PLAN?
You can cancel your payment plan at any time by email us at firstname.lastname@example.org - deposits are non-refundable.
WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY TICKET?
Your ticket will be posted out to you once your payment plan has been fully paid. You must have completed your instalment payments by 1 week (UK) or 2 weeks (Rest of world) before the festival date. We cannot arrange to have your ticket held at the festival box office.
WHAT CAN I DO IF I HAVE LOST MY TICKET?
Tickets are non-refundable and we cannot replace them. Please make sure you keep your ticket in a safe place!
WHAT DAY/TIME ARE MY FAVOURITE BAND PLAYING?
The festival schedule is announced as the festival approaches and is available at www.rebellionfestivals.com. Some bands may have the day they are playing announced early - see the festival website for details.
